BTP are recruiting girls only for a Construction Skills Boot Camp which starts after Christmas. It will focus on how to retrofit old houses in Cumbria, and the plan is for those who successfully complete it to get a job with a local construction company. They will learn how to plaster with traditional materials and how to insulate floors, walls, and roofs professionally.

Jade (below) completed a Boot Camp in a different construction skill earlier this year and is now working for Cubby Construction.
