Programmes

These range from 1 week to 3 years in duration and are aimed at individuals new to the construction industry or those who require upskilling. They cover skills associated with a particular occupation.

We have delivered programmes for unemployed adults in General Construction Operations, Land Drilling and Plastering with a high percentage gaining full time jobs and NVQ qualifications.We have also just started a programme for experienced construction managers in partnership with the University of Cumbria.

Our methods were recognised by ConstructionSkills who have awarded us the contract to train apprentice plasterers in South Cumbria.

We also train NVQ assessors as part of our commitment to On-site assessment
