For experienced workers who require an NVQ to recognise the skills they have developed over the years. This is particularly relevant if they require a CSCS card to work on site. Workers are assessed whilst carrying out their day to day work. There is no need for them to leave site.
We are CAA approved and offer two options:
External Assessment: A member of our team will carry out the assessment. All of our assessors are vastly experienced in a particular trade/occupation and in order to ensure that quality assessment is carried out, they only assess in their field of expertise.
Internal Assessment: We train and qualify an appropriate person within a company to act as the assessor. We integrate the NVQ system into the company’s day to day work and the focus is to improve their overall business performance.
